Who is VSP?

VSP Impact Strategies is a full-service Diversity and Inclusion consulting firm. We support our partners to develop, implement, and measure strategies that cultivate equity and inclusion. 

Advocating for equity means disrupting legacies of inequity. Doing so requires us to embrace a mindset of transformation. We support our partners along their journeys in this process.

The miracle of sports is the huddle. Once you’re in that huddle, it doesn’t matter if you’re Black or white, Latino or Asian, Native American, Protestant, Catholic, Buddhist, Sikh, Jewish, Hindu, or Muslim. It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, gay or straight, if you come from a rich family or a poor family. You’re not going to win the game if you don’t pull together as a team. If we took the huddle concept and brought it to every sector of America, what a different world we’d have today.
